The Dignity and Sanctity of Work

A new sacred, unifying realization transcends, transforms, and now leads an increasing number of religious followers to one common worldwide understanding. The realization that no matter which god you believe in, God ordained that man should labor. No matter what side of an economic equation you represent it’s becoming increasingly clear on a world-wide scale labor, capital and material/objects benefit from the presence of Organized Labor in the marketplace. With that in mind, I introduce to you the meta-religion, the expression of a growing meta-spirit; the meta-union that is Organized Labor.

God, in a newly recognized vision of spirit, views labor not as a curse, but as a blessing; not as a punishment; but as an essential means of physical, mental, and emotional development. In addition, when the next coming does come, the spiritual voice the world will hear will originate from the hallowed unifying loins of Organized Labor.  The world’s new God authors the unifying spirit between labor, capital and material/objects.

Labor brings forward the kindly fruits of the earth in rich abundance for our sustenance and comfort; labor promotes the health of the body and strength of mind, labor garners the priceless stores of wisdom and knowledge. Labor truly is the Philosopher’s Stone, everything labor touches turns to wealth. Labor is noble and holy. To glorify God in its exercise, to defend it from degradation, to divest it of the evils to body, mind, and estate, which ignorance and greed have imposed; to rescue the toiler from the grasp of the selfish is a work worthy of the noblest and bravest of mankind.

There is no better way to support the noblest and bravest of this world, the laborers of this world, than to ensure they have living wages and substantial benefits. There is no better way to ensure people are provided with living wages and substantial benefits than by allowing individuals and businesses to freely join independent unions. In turn, there is no better way to support the alpha achievers of this world than to ensure that they will feel noble in their life’s direction and assured in their moral tract of developing this world we share and leaving this world a better place for all of us to live in. In addition, there is no better way to ensure the quality and integrity of related material and objects used in specific work processes than to protect their wholeness under the richness and breath of a recognized Organized Labor agreement.

The sacred concept of Organized Labor, the union of labor, capital and material/objects has been created and supported by holy nations and spiritual individuals of all evolved, industrial societies. Organized Labor builds the framework that allows productive communication on a level playing field between labor, capital and material/objects. All civilizations can be measured, their rise and fall reflected in their progressive attitude displayed towards Organized Labor. Government support of the institution of Organized Labor reflects the compassion and commitment a nation carries towards the education and betterment of its own citizens.

Free, independent unions provide social necessities that promote civility. Organized Labor works to increase the wages and benefits of labor. Organized Labor builds the framework of communication to develop allowing capital to increase professional credibility and economic stability within a society. Organized Labor contracts recognize the dignity and necessary integrity of related material/objects. Healthy, vibrant, naturally expanding nations will inevitably support and promote the structured sacred union of labor, capital and related material/objects. Beyond the direct interests of labor and capital the associated society benefits from the positive economic offshoots that follow all participants of the holy bond of labor, capital and material/objects in the marriage created in the sanctified union of Organized Labor.

When we support the development of individual spirit we support Organized Labor. When we work to understand the concepts and principles behind Organized Labor we unlock understanding and compassion within us. Organized Labor contains and nourishes the individual spirit and reflects religious characteristics needed to develop in today’s evolving, industrialized individual.

At the end of the day the man who expends his labor to an honest day’s work, the man who extends his interest: his capital to a worthy venture, want to feel good about themselves and the opportunities they are jointly pursuing. At the end of the day each of these men will benefit most from the binding written word that is Organized Labor.

Belief in free, independent Unions, Organized Labor, will not only be the next widely recognized, major world-wide religion, the world’s first meta-religion, the concept and precepts of Organized Labor will embody the greatest religion mankind has ever known.

What is Religion?

Basically religions are a blueprint for living, a blueprint on how to treat fellow human beings. Weather you believe or follow the Christian Ten Commandments, the Islamic Qur’an, the works of the Hindu Sanskrit, The Middle Way of Buddhism, The Three Pillars of Sikhism or The Torah of Judaism, all major religions outline a structure of living; a structure of relating to fellow human beings.

A belief in a god or gods is not a religion. Religions add visions of purpose, ideals, behavioral criteria, rewards, punishments, and much more, to their core belief.

Throughout history religions have served as a necessary moral umbrella as sort of a universal standard of behavior.  Religions, organized religions have progressed as mankind has progressed in his adaptation of his mode of commerce and necessity of development of language. With the development of travel and communication man’s increasing religions have been carried across continents. Religions, in the expansion of commerce have expanded with mankind in his interaction with an increasingly widening group of other individuals. Now mankind is truly connected on a world wide level. Commerce, in a global marketplace demands an equally world wide religion a new belief in a logical meta-religion.

Religions don’t provide a scientific, logical explanation of creation they do present the concept of a belief. The one thing that makes all great religions great is also the one thing that makes religions inflexible. That one thing is belief. Belief is not logical. Belief in a certain creator fills a necessary need within most of us. Religious belief is something that is internal, something that is personal. Belief in a mythical creator that has been dead for a hundreds or thousands of years can be comforting and relieves us from a lot of personal decision making but belief cannot logically guide us through important decisions that a mythical God or savior was never exposed to thus could never address.

Modern man, out of necessity, needs to become more like Gods. We need to become godlike ourselves based upon a modern, relevant, compassionate model that will speak to us as citizens of the world. We must have a global vision. Our next spiritual leader will speak to man as a citizen of the globe. In this respect, commerce, the marketplace, demands that we have our eyes wide open. We need to logically support organizations that support the creation of heaven on earth.

Leaders who are capable of understanding and expressing universal relationships in the face of a one world economy will deliver the benediction of humanity’s new universal spiritual greatness. These leaders will emerge, and in fact must emerge, from the necessary protective umbrella and nourishing ethical richness of Organized Labor.

Today there are over 6 billion people on earth, of that 20% of them don’t believe in any God, but they do work. They believe in their work, in the goodness of work. They believe in themselves. If people could recognize and verbalize a moral meaning in their every moment of work, a holy connection would immediately become a reality this connection is possible through the miracle of a quantum leap in civilization, the miracle of Organized Labor. Studies show that most people have a favorable reaction towards Organized Labor and, when asked, most people would join a union. The majority of people, weather on the side of capital or labor believe in the holy matrimony of the benefits of Organized Labor.

What is Organized Labor?

Basically Organized Labor is a blueprint for living, a blueprint on how to treat fellow human beings. If you are fortunate enough to belong to a free, independent union you will have a current Agreement Book. This is the authoritative doctrine that outlines a structure, a working relationship between labor, capital and related material/objects in your specific profession. The Agreement Book specifically states a structure of relating to fellow human beings during normal business hours. As we all know, our profession and our established Agreement Book will determine the quality of life we will have and the opportunities we will be able to enjoy inside and outside of our normal business day.

Organized Labor is a reflection of the most logical, most beneficial, most natural evolution of accepted commerce of people in a global marketplace. An accepted doctrine of an Organized Labor agreement  add visions of purpose, ideals, behavioral criteria, rewards, punishments, and much more, to the basic core of a working relationship between labor and capital in a specific field of work.

Mankind has moved from the earliest basic exchanges of goods-material objects for other needed goods or services then with the introduction of the metaphor of money as an accepted vehicle of exchange we have been able to transform values on a world wide basis. During this economic evolution language, intellect, and business exchange laws have also developed. Commerce has evolved to a relationship between individual representative of labor and representatives of capital as the metaphor of money has become more widely accepted. The metaphor of money or capital means value.

Organized Labor has served as a necessary moral umbrella as sort of a universal standard of behavior for both labor and capital and their ethereal relationship with material/objects.  For whatever reason, for now, we need to save ourselves from ourselves.

The parallels, crossroads and similarities between Organized Labor and Organized Religion make for an interesting study. However this is not the focus of this particular article. At this moment we are here to herald the dawning of a coming good, the recognition of Organized Labor as our next great Organized Religion.

Organized Labor as a Meta-Religion

Organized Labor solves a huge problem for mankind. The doctrine of Organized Labor, the agreement books of free independent unions, solves the problem of how to treat our fellow human beings; ourselves. Organized Labor delivers the next Holy Grail in a clear, crisp, and easy to understand form.

Mankind needs a unifying view of ourselves, an evolved view that takes into account our relationships between each other as a common man, within this new world wide marketplace. Indeed the prefix Meta is a Greek word meaning to indicate a concept which is an abstraction from another concept, used to complete or add to the latter.

Our next spiritual leader will deliver a verbal doctrine based upon the minimum relationships between labor, capital and material/objects that are determined by the holy interaction of Organized Labor. Organized Labor in a world wide market must speak to a universal common man. Organized Labor will to lineate and define accepted relationships in a universal meeting point continuing to produce our most openly spiritual Holy Grail.

We can no longer look to the sky for unsubstantiated authority. For us as human beings there will always be the uninsurable questions of, who am I? Where did we come from? Where do we go after death? There is no proof on how our reality was created and there is no proof of what happens to us after death. There never will be. Our best wishes and beliefs are nothing more than speculations, no matter how strong our convictions are.

What if we understood that we are going to church eight hours a day? What if we understood that work was a way to make a living and a real way to personalized growth? What if we looked at the objects that our daily toil produced as holy? Would we eventually be surrounded by our own created heaven, by gifts derived from our personal quest for our higher natures?

What if those infusing capital, at the end of the day, at the end of their lifetimes, these hardworking, overachievers were able to feel the added benefits of knowing that they provided an environment conducive to an undeniable common good? What if the people who represent the infusion of capital were looked upon with respect and dignity? What if these individuals, these high achievers felt especially honored and humbled to be able to provide a number of individuals. What if these, basically good people, were allowed to focus their efforts in a direction that benefited, themselves, those around them, and their immediate society?

Crazy isn’t it? So far from reality it’s even hard to envision. That’s how badly we need the new language of a new religion, a new meta-religion a meta-union that envelops and does not interfere with any existing religious beliefs. That’s how bad we need the undeniable coming good of Organized Labor. This is how deep the harbor which awaits the rejuvenating rains of the spiritual goodness of Organized Labor.

Compare this to our modern world where in those instances, without the God-like presence of Organized Labor, unrestrained capital creates commerce that is nothing more than a steadily escalating race to the economic bottom-if there is one. It seems as if we are continually able to find a new low in the valleys of hell on earth. As we have painfully learned, unrestrained capital has no nation and no loyalties, just an omnivorous, seemingly unending appetite.

Unrestrained capital without the oversight of Organized Labor has loyalties to no one, answers only to greed, strips nations of their sovereignty, undermines democracy and leaves the vast majority of the citizens of our planet mentally, emotionally, and physically fatigued and more impoverished than the day before.

Putting a leash on unrestrained capital-wherever it exists on the planet must be humanity’s most important common mission. The alternative is to be chewed up and spit out, each nation in its turn racing to the bottom, a competition to decide who can be exploited the most, the soonest. Everybody loses, especially the winners, who get to the bottom first.

The concept of Organized Labor is pure and divine just as the concept behind Organized Religion. The institution of Organized Labor, like all other institutions infused by man must reflect every dimension of being human. The future Spiritual leaders are a product of their environment and a profit of their spiritual vision. Spiritual visionaries who inadvertently become religious leaders are a product of their environment not a product of religious teaching.

As a meta-religion, Organized Labor is not something to be force fed to anyone. It should be seen as a companion to other religions, concerned about and dealing with the welfare of community and life, but having nothing to say about any individual after-life beliefs.

Members of Organized Labor believe to behave as decently as fairly, and as honorably as possible without any expectations of rewards or punishments in an afterlife. Organized Labor members work hard to make this life better in the world that we all share the world that we all live in.

The Divinity of Organized Labor

In a multi-national world economy Organized Labor is the only global vehicle that can nourish, construct, and deliver the world’s next spiritual leaders. On a much broader and much more important landscape than any other organized religion to date, the universal principles of Organized Labor are able to transcend time, culture, and language.

In our present one world economy Organized Labor is the only institution that has the teeth, the universal reach, the focus, and the adaptability to address and satisfy the ethical and moral responsibility of today’s modern economic and humanitarian questions.

Words on Good…

October 4, 2008

Indeed, the holy trinity of labor, capital, and material/objects is present in all of us at all times. All on earth are one in this glory. At any one moment labor, capital, or material/objects becomes the positive aspect within each one of us as individuals. We are all actors in this world and we act as labor, capital, or material/objects in each of our moments.

In the moments that we toil for our daily bread we display the positive aspect of labor.

In the moments that we purchase items or support ideas with the fruits of our labor we act as capital.

In the moments that we are able to observe ourselves we display the positive aspects of material/objects in self observation.

Organized Labor contracts represent the legal, recognized agreements that flow between civil individuals within the bloodstream of the concepts of liberal democracy.

Organized Labor as the world’s first meta-religion represents the holy covenants between labor, capital, and material/objects that allow our world, our reality, to improve for all parties involved and for the associated community. Organized Labor contracts represent a structure, a universal stairway, allowing all men and women to improve themselves, their community, and all of mankind.

Organized Labor, free, legally recognized covenants of labor and capital, with the recognition of material/objects directly addresses the two major problems that face mankind today:

  • The emptiness of the house where our collective souls used to be.

  • A world wide economic race to the bottom.

Organized Labor, in the form of existing and evolving agreement books, create an ethical and economic shelf that provides stability, opportunity and confidence for all individuals involved.

By supporting Organized Labor contracts and products or by becoming part of an Organized Labor agreement we recognize a clear and simple moral good at the same time we promote a universal civility, good moral judgment and economic advancement.

The Way Discussion Group will allow you to learn more about Organized Labor through the community of individuals that have a positive feeling towards the dogma and the dream.

Take this opportunity to become involved in the world’s first meta-religion; Organized Labor

Now we all have a chance to work together…

Feel the wordless good when promoting Organized Labor within your life.

I am reminded of the inherent good of the concept of Organized Labor Contracts in their ability to provide a recognized, legal economic and moral shelf for individuals and nations.

The legal, recognized agreement between labor, capital, and material/objects in the independent spirit of the Organized Labor contract is good for everyone.

This holy trilogy of labor, capital, and objects/material is so important to individuals and to society in general, that free, independent, recognized Organized Labor contracts deserve the title of the world’s first meta-religion.

Organized Labor agreements transcend time, culture, and language and provide the framework for humanistic answers that thrive in a liberal democracy.

The angels, saints, and Gods of our time are the men and women who are a part of or who support the concepts and the contracts of Organized Labor. The world is begging for the voices of Organized Labor, the believers of miracles; the harbingers of the coming good and the visions of hope.

The two major problems that face individual men today and reside in every nation are;

·        Religions have become meaningless.

·        There is a world wide race to an economic bottom producing lower wages for labor, disrespect for the science of objects/material and a misappropriated emphasis on profit as an ends as opposed as a means for capital. None of these results are good for any of the three components of the Organized Labor contract. These results are devastating to each community and every nation as a whole.

The existing structure of existing successful Organized Labor Agreements directly addresses both problems simultaneously. Organized Labor contracts do not replace religious beliefs or teachings they encompass them, thus the word meta-religion.

I am reminded that Organized Labor agreements spell out humanistic business relationships that recognize and address the best interest of each of us 24 hours a day as we act or respond as either; capital, labor and material/objects.

To all of us, angels represent our connection to our spirit. They are the messengers that deliver the words from the spiritual realm. Saints, in all religions, live the life of the spirit here on earth. Determined Gods, Gods without regard to self, point the way to a fulfilling life. Gods supply the angels with their messages. The angels in-turn deliver their messages to the saints. The saints in-turn apply those messages to lead their noble lives. All Gods of all religions represent an affirmation of pure inherent good.

It’s been 2,000 years since the last God visited this earth. Angels stopped speaking to us long before that. Without these voices to guide us, is it even possible for a modern day, authentic saint to exist?

Many of us, after being disgusted by the hypocrisy of so called religious people and their dated religions, are able to discover the pure inherent good of existing Organized Labor. We see the people who are members and supporters of Organized Labor to be likened to tangible angels, saints, and Gods. We know that heaven and hell exist right here, not in some crack in the cosmic universe, or in a nonexistent fairytale land which every person describes in a different way. People who fight to edge our reality towards sanity, in all of our relationships, are Gods in our real, tangible evolving heaven.

An important part of everyone’s life is an honest search for some higher power to believe in. All of us can find that higher power in the ideals, purpose, and aspirations of the Organized Labor movement. The concept and principles of Organized Labor, just as all religions, transcends, time, cultures and language. Organized Labor is an effort and an affirmation of all the good that exists within us. A Unionist lives an active determined life, working unselfishly for the betterment of all workers, especially Union members.

If the ethereal Gods have abandoned us, if we have fallen too far from the heavens, if there was never a real crack in the universe for us to escape, we must become our own Gods, determined Gods creating in this, our earth, our lives, our evolving heaven.

There is an openness and a confidence that is bestowed upon one who believes in and defends the undeniable, inherent, spiritual good of Organized Labor. Believers in the strengthening and the evolution of society are compassionate to all people who support the Brotherhoods, Guilds, Associations, of free, independent Unions, either as employers or employees, individuals when acting as capital or as labor when representing the best interests of the objects and material that make up the spiritual miracle of Organized Labor.

All active members of organized labor; believers in Organized Labor and the supporters thereof, are perhaps the new missionaries of a modern vision of hope. Perhaps, even unknowingly, the words of the Gods are already tattooed upon our tongues…
